Critique of Wal-mart

The documentary of has shows something really unbelievable: the relationship between Wal-Mart company and their employees are not as good as the Mr. CEO boasted in his speech. In other wards, Wal-Mart cheated everyone! According to the Mr. CEO’s presentation, Wal-mart would like do everything they can for their employees, they promised that the employees are important for them, and the company loves their labors. For instance, they take the responsibility for their worker’s health care; they pay attention to meliorate their labor’s welfare, etc. However, people who had worked for Wal-mart stand out and expose this falsity, they said they feel very angry and disappointed to the Company, but they don’t have any choice, they are the real victims. Because the workers need the salary to take care their families, even it is the lowest.
